Award success – BS ISO22222

It gives us great pleasure to confirm that Nicola has once more successfully been awarded ISO 22222 Personal Financial Planning.

This is an internationally agreed benchmark. It assesses and awards financial planners who can demonstrate that they have the knowledge skills, experience and ethical values to deliver a first-class service to their clients.

The service that we provide to our clients is of the utmost importance. Each year both Nicola and the business go through a rigorous process of assessment, to confirm that we still meet the standard and to benchmark our service and internal processes against the international standard of best practice.

Our clients’ needs are at the heart of our business. This is why we are committed to a process of ongoing assessment, which ensures that our processes and services are continually assessed by an independent certification body on an annual basis.
