Client duty of care
In July the FCA revealed new measures it will take to protect consumers and set out when and how the organisation will take action. Whilst we welcomed the Regulator’s ‘Approach to Consumers’ document, we can’t help but wonder what sort of company wouldn’t put their clients (and employees) at the centre of everything that they do. Certainly at Jane Smith Financial Planning we hold these values at our core and would not exist without the trust, loyalty and continued support of our clients.
