Obviously the biggest news from 2019 was that we celebrated our 25th anniversary! We did this in style with a cider and hog roast event and we were honoured that so many of you came along to celebrate with us. We’ve gained two new members of staff, Emma B and Jo, and we’re still working on convincing Nicola that Poppy needs a biscuit eating protégé! Clare and Emma B have started sitting in on your annual meetings, which is proving successful in terms of making sure actions are completed as quickly as possible. We’ve tweaked our roles with a big focus on continuity, especially for you, the client. We’ve also overhauled our checklist process, which we can assure you is no mean feat!
We walked 25km for the British Heart Foundation AND raised a fantastic £1,536 thanks to everyone’s generosity. As we now look to our charity event for next year, we need to decide on our charity. We want to choose charities that mean something to us and our clients and we would love your input.
