COVID-19 – Business changes

We are here for you

We are in uncertain times, but you can be certain that we are here for you. We will continue with “business as usual”, just with an altered format.

Our priority is the safety of you, our clients, ourselves, any visitors and all our families. With this in mind, we have decided to take the following precautions:

• We will complete any meetings by phone and online screen sharing, rather than face to face.
• Please do not attend the office for any reason
• We will be operating with skeleton staff in the office, with other staff members working from home.

We will still be available for you to contact us by email and phone, should you need to. Even if we’re not in the office, the phones will be redirected.

However, one request, if you do want to contact us by email, in the first instance, please email info@janesmithfinancial.com. With high infection rates predicted, individual members of staff may potentially be unwell and may not be able to respond to your emails. By sending any emails to the info@janesmithfinancial.com address, received by a number of people, you can be sure that your email will be directed to the best person to deal with your query.

We will be communicating regularly as a team. Calls, messages and video conferencing will no doubt become the communications of choice.

We are confident that the hard work that we have put in before now to allow for flexible working and considering potential disaster scenarios will mean that the changes will have a minimal effect on the day to day service you receive. But, if you have any concerns at all, please email or call.
