Let’s get to know Roxanne a little better in our spotlight.
Hi Roxanne! Can you tell us about your role, and how you got there?
I am a Client Services Administrator, I found the job through a friend. I had three years of experience within the finance industry before this job role, so was very keen to progress to a new opportunity at Jane Smith FP.
What drew you to Jane Smith FP?
The professionalism and friendly manner of the company and how they deal with their clients on a personal level. Also, meeting the team virtually online really introduces you to everyone in the first instance.
Could you tell us what keeps you smiling at work every day?
The team are so friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I love the job as well as every day is different and keeps you on your toes.
What are you saving for?
I was saving for my new house, which I have recently purchased. I am saving for my holiday to Greece in June now ????
Congratulations! That’s a great achievement. What keeps you busy when you’re not working?
I love to go out and enjoy weekends away. I also love spending time with my family and cooking and baking too.
Perhaps you and Jade should team up to create a baking offshoot of Jane Smith. We certainly wouldn’t complain if there were regular baked goods about…
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice what would it be?
To do whatever makes you happy, life is too short.

To gain as much knowledge and experience within my job role and potentially gain qualifications to eventually become a paraplanner.
